Return window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery unless marked Final Sale / Clearance.

Return conditions

  • Items must be returned in new/unused condition with all included components.
  • Used/installed items may be refused or may receive a partial refund after inspection.

Final Sale / Clearance

Some UPM legacy items may be Final Sale / Clearance and are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.

How to start a return

  1. Contact Support and include your order number, items to return, and reason.
  2. If the item is damaged/incorrect, include photos.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect on arrival.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days after inspection for processing (plus bank processing time).
