Return window
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery unless marked Final Sale / Clearance.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned in new/unused condition with all included components.
- Used/installed items may be refused or may receive a partial refund after inspection.
Final Sale / Clearance
Some UPM legacy items may be Final Sale / Clearance and are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.
How to start a return
- Contact Support and include your order number, items to return, and reason.
- If the item is damaged/incorrect, include photos.
Return shipping
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect on arrival.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
- Please allow 3–7 business days after inspection for processing (plus bank processing time).
