Before you contact us

  • Have your model number and SKU ready (shown on the product page).
  • Thermostats: confirm your system is low-voltage (typically 24VAC). Take a clear photo of existing wiring before changes.
  • Monitors/Sensors: replace batteries first and test again.

Common quick fixes

  • Blank/dim display: replace batteries (where applicable).
  • Inaccurate readings: keep monitors away from vents, direct sunlight, and heat sources.
  • Thermostat not controlling HVAC: confirm terminal wiring and system compatibility (24VAC low voltage).
